Do you know that the decision about how to travel far away to do some procurement can be a problem, with the increased cost of commuting by Air or Road and the uncountable risks associated with traveling very far away? You will agree with us that, these are major concerns.
When you make your procurement of goods, there are times you need an expert or someone to bounce off a purchase idea and decision with.
In some other instances, it could be that we may desire to purchase an item, which is unavailable where we are located and we need someone to TRUST; who can be the professional eye to inspect the items before purchase. Be it laptops, mobile phones, cameras, building materials, equipment, clothes, shoes, bags, cosmetics etc.; we are that your sure plug to make these purchases for you. All you need to do, is send us on the errand for you.
As at today, we have developed capacity over so many areas in handling these purchases, both locally and internationally and all the logistics that is involved in making this successful. We have been doing this privately for friends and family and believe this is a time to extend this into setting up a full fledged local procurement service agency. Since we are trusted, we have decided to take this a notch higher, so we can continue to do, what we know how to do best.
OUR INSURANCE PARTNERS
In our quest to keep your mind at rest, we have partnered with and taken an insurance policy with Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc. to offer you these services.
First and foremost, what this implies is that every procurement we do on your behalf has a strong element of insurance in it. What this means is that, if you send us your money for a procurement and we are unable to deliver due to unfortunate incidents or unforeseen circumstances, Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc would come through for you. YES, that is a major part of the insurance policy.
Secondly, you will enjoy a FREE All Risk Insurance cover on the items (especially gadgets) for one (1) month, while the item is in your custody, which gives you compensation in the event of theft, water damage or any form of accidental damage to the item.
We have gone to this extent to ensure that you can trust the quality of service we will deliver to you at all times.
Its important to state that the logistics companies we engage with all have Goods In Transit (GIT) insurance policy cover for the items we waybill through them. On our own, we will never transport your goods to you, without working with a company with a Goods In Transit (GIT) policy.
However, if you choose to engage your own logistics company, they shall be liable for the safety for your goods. Its also important to note, that using our logistics partners is not compulsory. We can do your procurement and you decide how the logistics and waybill would be handled.
OUR OBLIGATIONS TO YOU
In delivering these services, these are the things we do on your behalf:
- We owe our client buyers a duty of care and loyalty.
- We offer procurement and logistics advisory services to you at no cost.
- We ensure that the products we purchase for you meet your specifications.
- We inspect the items, to ensure that they meet your standards and specifications.
- For all the items we purchase for you, we would snap pictures, record videos and send to you even before we make the purchases on your behalf.
- For items like laptops, phones, gadgets generally, our trading partners are companies and businesses we know personally, so we can always raise complains and get attended to, so you don’t lose your money.
- We ensure that your products are well packaged, to avoid damage before they are sent on delivery to you.
OUR SCOPE OF SERVICES TO YOU
We currently serve Six (6) categories of procurement clients:
- Clients that know what they want to buy and they have the web links for the product(s) and they want to procure through a TRUSTED AND RELIABLE company on their behalf.
- Clients that already have their specific preferred vendors or suppliers and they want us to buy from those suppliers they have existing relationships with.
- Clients that have products they want to buy, and all they have is just a photograph and they want to us to source for the product from anywhere.
- Clients that do not have the photograph of the product, but have a vivid description of the product and exact specification, with the brand name.
- Clients that are interested in us assisting them with China or Hong Kong procurement.
- Clients that have taken care of all the purchasing processes, made payments to the supplier(s), but have challenges and just wants us to oversee the logistics process ONLY to ensure safe packaging and delivery to their destination.
If you belong to any of these Six (6) categories of procurement clients, these are where we are available to serve your needs.
Its important to state that, if you belong to category 3 or 4 as described above, you would be required to make a a non-refundable payment of N50,000.00 research fee, to enable us embark on the research for the items you want to purchase.
OUR SERVICE CHARGE
To join our voluntary local procurement WhatsApp group costs N20,000.00 only.
Our service charge for anything we procure for you is 20% of the transaction value. This is inclusive of the FREE All-In-One insurance you get.
This insurance policy is for one year and it covers theft or damage to the products.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
- In order to make a procurement on your behalf, you will have to complete our order review form.
- We would issue you a proforma invoice of the cost of the items, local logistics transport cost and freight cost via the WhatsApp number and email address you submit to us in the Expression of Interest (EOI) form you will complete.
- Upon our review and your acceptance, you would be required to make a 100% deposit of the total of what you want to buy, the waybill cost and our service charge. We will provide you with the payment details.
This complete payment has to be made before your goods will be purchased and transported to your destination.
- You shall be responsible for all the local purchase charges and transportation cost of the goods to your destination through our Freight Partners.
- We can only procure legitimate goods for you, that conform with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
